Our Doctors
Natasha Self
DVM
Dr. Natasha Self was born in South Africa, though she spent most of her early life growing up in Tennessee. She went on to complete both her Bachelor in Animal Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
After vet school Dr. Natasha immediately moved to the Florida keys and then spent several years in South Florida before settling in St. Augustine. During that time, she has worked in many facets of veterinary medicine from Emergency to Shelter Medicine to General Practice and ultimately, Urgent Care.
Dr. Natasha is passionate about offering quality medicine for her patients, promoting the human-animal bond through her Fear Free certification, and creating a positive work culture. This passion, along with her diverse background has sparked her drive to open an urgent care veterinary practice.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Natasha enjoys reading, traveling, and boxing. She also loves to spend time in the Florida sunshine with her husband and dogs.
Kortny W.
With a background in veterinary technology and now serving as a Practice Manager, my greatest passion is being a voice and advocate for every pet in our care. I am committed to ensuring each patient receives compassionate, individualized care and that their needs are heard, understood, and prioritized throughout their veterinary journey. Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mother of four, and enjoy life with our two Belgian Malinois, Yorkie, and mini farm, surrounded by the animals that inspire my passion every day.
Rhiannon C.
My name is Rhiannon, and I have been working in veterinary medicine for over eight years. I am passionate about animal care and enjoy giving back to my community by volunteering with local animal rescues. Outside of work, my children and granddaughters are my greatest accomplishment, and I enjoy spending my time off at the beach, hiking, or going for a jog.
Leanna T.
I am a passionate veterinary professional with three years of experience in general practice at Green Cove Animal Hospital, where I have developed hands-on experience in surgery, hospitalized patient care, and routine and urgent cases. Veterinary medicine has been a lifelong dream of mine, and I am committed to continuously expanding my knowledge and strengthening my skills within the field. I take pride in providing compassionate, attentive care to every patient while supporting their families and the veterinary team. I look forward to continuing my growth and building a long-term career in veterinary medicine.

As a certified veterinary assistant, I’ve had the opportunity and pleasure to work with animals of all shapes and sizes. With a thirst for knowledge, I’ve also gone on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Florida and am striving to become a future veterinarian just like Dr. Self. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy reading, puzzles, and spending time with my two beautiful pups, my three wonderful kitties, and my peaceful tortoise.

I’m a passionate veterinary assistant who has always had a deep love for animals and their well-being. I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, attentive care to every patient and helping pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved.
Outside of work, I’m a proud husky mom to my best friend, who reminds me every day why I love what I do. My own bond with her has made my passion for veterinary medicine even stronger. I’m grateful to be able to turn my love for animals into a career focused on making a difference in their lives and the lives of their families.
